FOOD ASSISTANCE

  • Food Pantry - serving Elkhart residents and church parishioners. May visit the pantry four (6) times per calendar year waiting 31 days between visits.

    • Hours: Tuesdays 1:00-2:30p.m.

    • Eligibility: serving Elkhart residents and parishioners of St. Vincent Catholic Church and St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church

    • Intake: Assistance is limited to the first 30 households in order of arrival. Receive a number; register with intake associate

    • What to bring: Photo ID

    • Location: St. Vincent Pastoral Center, yellow building in back of the Church

    • Language Capabilities: English and Spanish

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

  • Financial Assistance - serving Elkhart residents and church parishioners. The Society can offer limited financial assistance with rent and utility bills once every 12 months.

    • Hours: Tuesdays 1:00p.m.

    • Eligibility: serving Elkhart residents and parishioners of St. Vincent Catholic Church and St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church

    • Intake: Assistance is limited to the first four (4) households that request it in order of arrival

    • What to bring: Photo ID, rent and utility bills with landlord/ utility phone numbers

    • Location: St. Vincent Pastoral Center, yellow building in back of the Church

    • Language Capabilities: English and Spanish

Our conference has approximate 55 English and Hispanic members on our mailing lists. New members are always welcomed.
