All Masses are being moved to the school gym and the church will be closed until further notice (that includes all Masses for the weekend of Feb. 20/21).

WORSHIP AIDS - The Bishop has given permission for congregational singing during Mass. Ms. Balogh has prepared worship aids which can be accessed on the church website under the explore tab in the documents folder: https://www.stthomaselkhart.com/o/st-thomas-apostle-church/browse/121137. We will have some paper copies for those who do not have the ability to pull up the worship aids on their phones during Mass.
Heating issue is back :(. Ash Wednesday Masses are moved over to school gym. Enter at Door G on Main Street. Church and church office are closed until further notice.
The church heating system was repaired today and seems to be working 🙏🏻. So, plans are for all Masses and adoration times to resume in the church starting tomorrow, Ash Wednesday. We hope you will join us in the church to receive sprinkled ashes tomorrow at either 8:15am or 5:30pm.

Because of a maintenance issue with our heating system, THE CHURCH IS CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. There will be no adoration tonight. Please check back for updates as Friday morning Mass may be moved to school or cancelled.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR ALTAR CARE
Keeping the votive and altar candles filled, plants watered, and altar and vestibule areas dusted do not "just happen." It takes a group of dedicated men and women who volunteer to assist with this ministry, taking their turn a few times a year. Teams work, usually on Friday morning, to be sure things are ready for the weekend masses. This is NOT a cleaning/sanitizing ministry, but instead, one that keeps things dusted and in good order in the sacristy, vestibule and the main altar area.
